The High-Temp Cheddar Cheese has a rich, creamy, and full-flavored cheddar taste that brings tang and color to burgers and sausages. This 100% real cheese is specially formulated to retain its shape and flavor up to 400° F, and comes pre-cut in 1/4" cubes.
To use, add to your meat in a 1:10 ratio (1 lb. cheese to 10 lbs. of meat) after the second grind, stuff, and cook as usual.
