Backwoods® High-Temp Hot Pepper Cheese is the ultimate way to spice up your homemade sausages, snack sticks, and burgers. This fiery blend of American and Swiss cheese is kicked up with jalapeño heat, adding bold flavor and creamy texture to your meats. Made with 100% real cheese, it’s specially formulated to retain its shape and flavor even when cooked up to 400°F. Pre-cut into 1/4" cubes for convenience, this cheese blends easily into your mixture. Simply mix at a 1:10 ratio (1 lb. cheese to 10 lbs. meat) after the second grind, then stuff and cook as usual. Available in 1 lb. and 5 lb. bags to suit your batch size.
