Backwoods® High-Temp Swiss Cheese is the perfect addition for anyone who loves making their own sausages, snack sticks, or burgers. With its classic mild Swiss flavor and creamy texture, this 100% real cheese is specially formulated to hold its shape and flavor even when cooked up to 400°F. Pre-cut into convenient 1/4" cubes, it blends easily into your meat mixture, adding both taste and texture. Simply mix at a 1:10 ratio (1 lb. cheese to 10 lbs. meat) after the second grind, then stuff and cook as usual. Available in 1 lb. or 5 lb. bags for small or large batches.
