The Henry Steel Lever Custom 45-70 Government Fence Jumper is a classic lever-action rifle built to deliver serious stopping power with vintage styling and modern functionality. Chambered in .45-70 Government, this model pairs a stout 18.43" round blued barrel and blued steel receiver with a checkered American walnut pistol-grip stock and steel-capped forend. At just over 7 lb it’s light enough for the field yet stout enough to handle heavy hunting loads. The rifle includes a side-loading gate for fast topping-off of the tube magazine, an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight and brass-bead front sight for quick acquisition, and a drilled & tapped receiver for easy scope mounting. With custom engraving and practical features like a ventilated rubber recoil pad and sling studs, the Fence Jumper is equally at home in the blind, on the hog hunt, or on the wall as a collectible.
