The LANTAC E-BCG® Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to improve reliability, reduce felt recoil impulse, and enhance overall cycling performance. Built around an M16 full-auto style carrier for increased mass and longer lock time, the system is CNC machined from 8620 steel and paired with a shot-peened, MPI-tested bolt manufactured from Carpenter 158 or 9310 steel. A QPQ (Quench Polish Quench) nitride finish provides a hardened, corrosion-resistant surface with reduced friction for smoother operation in all conditions.

The patented and patent-pending forward gas port design actively redirects gas flow to reduce bolt carrier velocity spikes, resulting in a flatter shooting experience with a softer initial movement and improved control—especially in suppressed or short-barreled rifle setups. Combined with precision-ground critical surfaces, advanced cam pin geometry, and reinforced carrier architecture, the E-BCG® is built for consistency, cleanliness, and long-term durability under hard use.
