Machined on Swiss-style lathes from high-strength AISI 4140 steel, the Lamprey™ Flash Compensator is heat treated for durability and finished with a QPQ nitriding process to enhance surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and service life. Its hybrid design balances signature reduction with recoil mitigation, making it well suited for duty, defensive, and performance shooting applications.
