Unlike other models that have vent holes all over, the Game Changer Compensator has directed vent ports on the top and the side giving the right amount offset for the .22LR cartridge. Made out of high strength T6061 aluminum, this brake features strategically placed vents that dramatically reduce recoil that can ruin that once in a lifetime shot. The product includes a flat washer in addition to an o-ring. For firearm models that utilize a thread adapter (ie: TX22, P22, SR22) or models with a thin-profile barrel, TANDEMKROSS recommends installing the flat washer, o-ring, and then compensator in that order. For fixed-barrel firearms with a barrel diameter greater than .800", the flat washer is typically not needed.
