The 2.5 inch (20" long) Bearded Butchers Branded fibrous mahogany casings are a great size casing for making summer sausage. These casings are inedible and should be removed before consuming Summer Sausage. *No Meat Included, item is casing only*
Product Features
- Each package contains 10 casings. 10 casings fully stuffed should hold about 25-30 pounds of meat.
- Keep sealed and dry when not in use.
