The Amend2 V1 Suppressor Cover combines 1000D CORDURA outer construction with a dual-layer fiberglass and silicone inner sleeve rated to 1,600°F — protecting the shooter from accidental contact burns and the surrounding equipment from heat damage during and after prolonged firing.

The Amend2 V1 Suppressor Cover is a 6-inch, 1.5-inch diameter suppressor cover rated to 1,600°F, constructed from 1000D CORDURA nylon with a dual-layer fiberglass and silicone inner sleeve, Nomex hook-and-loop retention straps, and a metal tri-glide buckle.

Four features define the Amend2 V1's extreme-heat capability. The dual-layer fiberglass and silicone inner sleeve is rated to 1,600°F — significantly above the surface temperatures that rifle suppressors reach during sustained rapid fire — providing continuous protection rather than the temporary heat resistance of single-layer covers that degrade once the thermal capacity is saturated. Nomex hook-and-loop retention straps maintain their grip strength at temperatures that standard hook-and-loop materials would melt or lose adhesion, ensuring the cover stays positioned during extended fire without the periodic repositioning that inferior retention materials require. The metal tri-glide buckle provides heat-resistant, friction-locked tensioning that does not warp or melt under suppressor body temperatures, maintaining secure cover retention through full firing sessions. 1000D CORDURA outer fabric with a durable water-repellent finish provides abrasion resistance, fade resistance, and mildew resistance for a cover that lives on the suppressor through field and range conditions.
