They are completely ambidextrous, are compatible with ANY length of barrel (even suppressed!), top optics and an accessory rail. It works with ANY model of Ruger® Mark I, Mark II, Mark III, and 22/45® series pistols or any Pac-Lite™ model.

Please Note: These holsters are not compatible with the Ruger Mark IV pistols.
