The M&P Shield M2.0 with No Thumb Safety builds upon the success of the best-selling M&P Shield pistol line through notable enhancements, including the M&P M2.0 crisp trigger with lighter trigger pull, a tactile and audible trigger reset, and aggressive grip texture for enhanced control. Those familiar with the M&P Shield product line will recognize the familiar, slim profile and 18-degree grip angle for a natural point of aim. The M&P Shield M2.0 pistol series features a 3.1” barrel, and ships with one standard and one extended grip magazine.

Light weight, easy to carry. I only wish I had ordered with thumb guard.
The M&P Shield m2.0 9mm is a very impressive pocket carry pistol that delivers big performance. It is well made with much improved trigger pull and more aggressive grip stripping. The Shield is slightly thinner than the Glock 43 and holds 7 rounds instead of 6. Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore has the best prices and shipping was fast.
Sportsmans outdoor is really nice to deal with. The Smith & Wesson 9mm shield 2.0 is a great product.
I recently purchased this pistol for my wife and she loves it. The recoil is manageable, the trigger is crisp, it's very easy to conceal edc, and the grip texture is great! Not as bad as some would think. I like this pistol. I will be buying another one soon but the M&P Shield 40. Smith and Wesson did a really good job with this pistol.
After extensive firing of my original shield I just never got used to the trigger. I expect a trigger to be somewhat consistent and it just wasnt. I took a chance and purchased the Mod 2 and boy Im glad I did. Excellent trigger for its type and overall its a very nice shooting pistol. The size is just right for concealment and yet it handles really well thanks in part to the more aggressive stippling on the grip. I just wish S&W would get things right the first time so there wouldnt be a need for a Mod 2 in so many guns. For the price I dont think you can beat this weapon for a carry piece. Buy this gun and you wont regret it.
I love this firearm and the trigger is very good. The only thing i dont like are the magazines! They are so hard to load i dont know how it would be possible with my Maglula magazine loader. Even with the Maglula it is still hard to get the first cartridge in.
