Cooper Firearms manufactures all rifles just like a custom rifle builder would, with the strictest attention to all phases of the build, from the precisely machined receiver to the glass bedding and final assembly. Each rifle is test fired from benchrest bags, not machine rests. Centerfire rifles are guaranteed to shoot 1/2” three-shot groups at 100 yards.
