Henry developed the Long Ranger to stretch the envelope in a design that takes the hunt to the fur in popular calibers at longer distances. The Long Ranger retains traditional lever action operation with an exposed hammer and forged steel lever but updates it with a geared action. A machined and chromed steel bolt with a 6-lug rotary head is driven into a rear extension of the barrel for a strong and consistent lock-up from shot to shot to shot.

Been searching for a Henry Loneranger 6.5 creedmoor for 2 years now when I found this one at Sportsman Outdoor Superstore. Everything went smoothly as for the purchase and my preferred ffl , the price was fair and free shipping was a plus. This rifle is going to be a gift to my military son for his upcoming retirement, he's a gun collector so this should super please him. The only bad thing was, after receiving this rifle I wanted one for myself, within 3 days they were gone. So I am on a notification list with this fine company, giving this purchase a thumbs up!!!
