New from Heritage is the Rough Rider revolver with a 16-inch barrel! This variation of the Rough Rider carries the standard features of all Rough Rider revolvers, including Cocobolo grips and an alloy frame.
Heritage Rough Rider Revolvers are illegal for sale in the states of Illinois and Minnesota due to "melting point" laws.
First of all, this just looked too stupid and COOL to pass up! Dont let the crazy look fool you, this thing will shoot. I would only get the one with the fiber optic adjustable sights but this thing was dead on right out of the box. When the long barrel is supported on the front end it is scary accurate. It is an immediate attention getter when you pull it around other people at the range. No complaints at all as of now.................. except how in the world do I holster this thing lol......
Purchased this gun in November 2019 from Sportsman’s. Upon pick-up from my FFL dealer, the gun finish was scratched all over. This gun was very hard to find last year after its release. I had to wait months for this particular model to be in stock. So I was very disappointed with the product quality after my long wait. Not sure if the damage occurred with Heritage, Sportsmans, or the carrier but it was not with my local FFL dealer. I submitted a repair request with Heritage. What was supposed to take up to 12wk has turned into 23wk, and I still don’t have a gun. Worst part is I have yet to shoot it. Very disappointed customer.
