The platform provides accuracy and adjustability like no other package rifle thanks to the Savage AccuTrigger, thread-in headspacing, floating bolt head and precision button-rifled barrel. Plus, its length-of-pull can be easily adjusted to fit any hunter for better comfort and consistency. The Crossfire II’s Dead-Hold BDC reticle makes it easy to place accurate shots at extended range, and the optic is securely mounted to a one-piece EGW 0 MOA rail.

I can't say enough about the bang for the buck with this rifle. This will be my second season hunting whitetails with it. Though I didn't land a monster last year, I did quite well. The thing is, though, folks at the range are so jealous when they see my groups. At 100 yards, fully rested, the impacts are touching for three shots. The scope holds zero, and I haven't had to adjust it since the original zero. Several others who have shot it have purchased the same scope for their rifles. It's just an all-around good buy.
