I love this gun! The weight, the accuracy, the ability to customize, and the feel of the gun in my hand. I was especially surprised with the accuracy of the sub-compact 3.6” barrel. My 4.5” old S&W isn’t as accurate as this!
I'm a pistol novice. This was my first pistol and I really like it. I shot a Glock at the range and did not like the grip angle. I much prefer the S&W grip angle and texture. My instructor is a Glock guy, but he liked the S&W subcompact very much. He said I made a good choice and that I'd get years and years of good service and so far I have. I've shot about 700 to 800 rounds of many brands of ammo without failures. I like being able to carry this subcompact with its standard 12 round magazine, but then drop in the S&W 15 or 17 shot magazine for the extra firepower. Yes, I use the spacers for a continuous grip. I have no complaints about the trigger. The only upgrades I've thought about is a set of tritium sights for low light shooting, and maybe a small bit of skateboard tape on the frame to match the aggressive S&W grip texture for my left thumb to index on. I am very happy with my purchase.
Great gun. Shoots flat and recoil is very reasonable for such a small frame. Mag sleeves are a nice addition to allow for higher capacity. You can even modify the mag sleeves a bit to work with Floyd’s +5/6 mag extenders to allow for a full grip and a 21+1 capacity to turn this nice edc into a viable home defense pistol. With everything coming from the factory optic ready nowadays, it’s sad that there is no option for this but again, Floyd’s makes it easy to throw one on.
