The 1911 A1 US Army pistol features 70 series internals and a durable military finish. It also uses rotary hammer forged barrel, hammer forged frame & slide, and polished feed ramp & lip. Included is one 9-round magazine and cleaning kit. The 1911 A1 is an accurate reproduction of the WWII Issued Side Arm.

Description mention black finish but in reality is a kind of grey-green cheap probably baked paint looking finish, even in pictures looks black...I was expecting a black finish but oh well...handgun looks nice and is solid..
Superb fit, finish, accuracy, and customer service. I cannot believe how accurate this pistol is! I had an issue with the issued magazine and SDS Imports took care of me! Totally satisfied customer!
This gun is outstanding. I took it to the range and it fired every thing I put threw it, all bullet weights, and shot all with no problems. Fit and finish are great. You can not go wrong with this great value gun.
I give this gun a 4 on customer satisfaction only because the magazine holds 9 rnds. This is a very heavy gun that increases accuracy due to lack of recoil due to weight. It's very easy to maintain 1/2" groups from 30 making it easy to follow up with deadly accurate shots so theoretically you should not need more then 1-2. This gun has fired everything I put through it including subsonic ammo, which, at first, I was worried about chambering the next round. This pistol, when I bought it, was more than reasonable in price and everything about it is heavy duty. It really is a shame that it has been discontinued. If you get a chance to pick one of these up it would be a great investment. I have heard tell that the original role this gun played was with the Turkish police.
