The Colt Python 3-inch .357 Magnum is a six-shot revolver with a bright stainless finish and walnut target grips. Item PYTHON-SP3WTS combines a 3-inch barrel with double-action/single-action operation and an overall length of 8.5 inches.
Stainless Finish and Walnut Grips
Walnut target grips with Colt medallions contrast with the stainless steel frame and barrel. This is the standard stainless 3-inch Python, rather than the blued or Combat Elite version.
Adjustable Rear Sight
The Python has an adjustable rear sight and an interchangeable ramp front sight. A recessed target crown is another feature of the 3-inch barrel.
.357 Magnum and .38 Special
The six-round cylinder is chambered for .357 Magnum and also accepts .38 Special cartridges. The action supports both double-action and single-action operation.

I ordered my 3 Colt Python on 8/29/23, and it arrived at my LGS on 9/1/23. Could not ask for better service. Kudos to Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore. When I picked up my Python, and condition was perfect. Fit and finish are outstanding, as was the price of $1,299. I could not find it locally for less than $1,499.
