(5 out of 5) I think it is good
by from Mattapan, MA on

I normally don't write reviews, but I always read them. I bought this crossbow because it was on sale for $220 originally priced $700. This is my first crossbow and don't really know much about them, but from reading the reviews I think people were not using the ratchet cranking system correctly and because of that they drop the price. I think it's a great crossbow, especially for the money. The scope was way off when I tried to zero it, but maybe I was not supposed to zero it at 20 yards cuz as I said, this is my first crossbow. It shoots really well, and once I zeroed the scope it was pretty accurate even though the arrows that it comes with the tips fall off. I bought some inexpensive arrows off of Amazon, and I think the crossbow is well worth the money.

(4 out of 5) Great bow for the price
by from Haughton, LA on

First crossbow, so not much to compare to. But it fires and looks great. I love the crank system. I upgraded the scope, but out of the box pretty accurate, a great beginner's bow as I’m intrigued and excited about bow hunting. Only complaint so far is that less than a week later, they reduced the price by $30.
