First off, the listing was accurate and the transaction went exactly as described. So, I'm satisfied fully in those regards. The Mossberg 500 came as expected, with a clean, functioning receiver, some typical stock and finish wear, and a 24 barrel that needs front and rear sight work. The fact that the barrel came rifled was a surprise bonus. Yay. This was just what I'd hoped it would be: a police trade-in that had been carried and used a lot, but fired rarely. It's a great start for any number of upgrade directions and at a very fair market price. Thank you.
