The all new RXM from Ruger features a removable serialized stainless steel Fire Control Insert (FCI) securely set inside an interchangeable Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip (EHG), offering exceptional flexibility and customization for firearm enthusiasts. This combination allows users to personalize their setup while maintaining high performance. The design of the major components is optimized for use in Gen 3-type pistols, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of off-the-shelf holsters and accessories.
The Magpul EHG stands out by offering premium features aimed at improving both comfort and functionality. The 3/4-scale TSP texture on the grip ensures a secure, non-slip hold without causing discomfort or damaging clothing, making it particularly suitable for concealed carry. Additionally, textured indexing pads are integrated for consistent finger and thumb placement, allowing for improved control and accuracy.
Other thoughtful design elements of the EHG include a low-profile, flared magazine well that facilitates quick and smooth magazine insertion, and a trigger guard undercut with a beavertail design that promotes a high grip for better control during shooting. The magazine release is also scalloped, providing easy access for users. Additionally, the universal-pattern accessory rail is compatible with a variety of lights and lasers, enhancing the versatility of the firearm.
Key enhancements also include an extended magazine release and a raised slide stop for quicker manipulation. The slide is designed for direct optic mounting, making it compatible with RMR, Delta Point Pro (DPP), and RMSc pattern optics. The co-witness-height steel sights come equipped with a tritium night front sight, offering an excellent sight picture both with and without an optic mounted.
This firearm is striker-fired with a flat-faced trigger that offers a smooth, consistent pull and tactile reset, ensuring a responsive shooting experience. The precision-rifled alloy steel barrel is finished with a durable FNC nitride coating, increasing its longevity and resistance to wear.
For safety, the firearm includes an integrated trigger safety, an internal striker blocker, and an inspection port that allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber, adding an extra layer of security. The package also comes with two Magpul PMAG 15 GL9 15-round magazines and a co-branded carry case for easy storage and transport.
This combination of high-end features and reliable performance makes this firearm a versatile and customizable choice for serious shooters.
