Smith & Wesson Model 627 Pro Series 357 Magnum 4-inch

This is another great Smith and Wesson! The double action is smooth and not as heavy as any of the Smiths I have. The single action is 3 to 4 lbs and makes being accurate too easy. I put 250 rounds of 357 with a variety of different loads and they all shot center. I also fired 50 rounds 38 special 158 grain, it was like firing a loud 22, fired to center as well.
  The fit and finish are perfect. Delivery was 3 days after my ffl sent the info. If you are looking for a Smith to add to your safe I would recommend this model. The n frame made recoil manageable with all ammo fired. One more thing, I had to go into the grocery and didn't want to leave it in the truck, it went in my front pants pocket no problem. With the correct holster it could be carried concealed.

I see a review from a couple of years ago where the reviewer said plenty of recoil That has to be someone who hasn't shot much because this gun soaks up recoil great. I have several handguns and when I shoot this gun last at the range...smooth as butter. Great gun!!
