I am the type of person that would gladly pay a little extra to make purchases from a business that believes in customer service. Thankfully, with SOSS, we get the best of both worlds. I purchased this light yesterday as a gift to someone. Within 30 minutes of the purchase, I was informed that the person I was buying for does not have a rail on their firearm so this will not work for them. I immediately called SOSS to see if I could cancel the order but since it was after 5pm, they were closed for the day. My next step was to email and explain the situation. I received a reply within 15 minutes from Jenny, who very pleasantly explained that she had cancelled the order, I had not been charged for the purchase and that an emailed receipt of the cancellation had been sent to me. Superb customer service! I already own 2 of these light/lasers so I know that they are top notch and I didn't purchase one this time but SOSS's customer service needed a shout out. Lowest prices on the planet and good customer service, what else can I say but Thanks!
