The gun was amazing and arrived in excellent condition. Shot it and loved it. However, the Extreme Hogue G10 grips were just a little too fat for my somewhat small hands, but the texture felt great. I was still able to shoot the gun well, even with the grips being to bulky for my liking, but I eventually ended up replacing the Hogue grips with the standard E2 grip from Sig Sauer. Now the gun feels even better in my hand. The only only time the grips were an issue were when shooting one-handed or when drawing the gun from a holster, especially from concealment in terms of getting a good shooting grip upon drawing. I like how these grips feel on the P226 as its a little slimmer gun, and they fill the hand well, but the P229 is thicker than the P226 and these grips were just too much for me on the P229. The Short Reset Trigger is awesome and definitely makes follow-up shots easier and quicker. The trigger feels good and the gun is very accurate. Somewhat easy to carry and conceal too, especially for a gun in that size range. Definitely glad I bought this product.
