I own and have owned .45s before and am a happy 1911 guy. This was my first Kimber and I wanted one for EDC or at least keeping one close and hidden. Its close to being a little large for a CC, but the 4 barrel on this one fits the bill. It functions flawlessly and at 25 feet, I can shoot 2 groups standing up. It is an outstanding firearm and is exactly why I bought it. Cant recommend it more highly.
