The Pro TLE II (EM) is well-suited for duty carry, tactical applications and personal protection. These 1911s feature an integrated mainspring lanyard slot, aggressive G-10 grips and a flat top slide. Created for and in cooperation with law enforcement and military experts, TLE models are professional tools outfitted with performance-enhancing features that also meet the defensive pistol needs of civilians.
The Pro TLE II features an extended magwell, which is optimal for faster reloading.

If Detective Joe Kenda wasn't retired, I believe this would be his carry choice. Everything about the Pro TLE EM is first class. Grips have a great feel, night sights focus quick, extended magwell, front strap checkering, beautiful matte finish. Just holding it makes you smile. Tack driver out of the box. Kimber, you did a fantastic job on this firearm. You know the drill with SOSS. Hard to shop anywhere else. Best CS, best prices and free shipping. Looking to purchase my fifth Kimber soon. Low stock of late but watching every day.
