I absolutely love this gun. At first, I was a little concerned about the space between the slide and the frame. Also that there was a little more lateral movement with the slide than on my Glock 17. I took it to the range a couple of days after I got it and I can say there were no issues. I love the way it feels and shoots. Recoil not so bad since its a heavy gun. Still more than a 9mm of course. Only thing I can would like is if it came with 3 mags instead of 2. Great deal and excellent service from the Superstore. Was shipped to my FFL in a couple of days.

After going to all of the local gun shops and trying different guns, I decided to get this S&W M&P 40 Full Size. It fit my hand like no other gun that I tried. It felt very comfortable with the medium back strap in the stores.

I kept looking around at the local places and watching for the price to drop and then I found Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore while reading reviews. To my surprise this gun was $100.00 less than local gun shops. I like to shop local but I will not over pay that much to get it locally.

This is a great gun. I have over 300 rounds through it and have not had any problems with it. I just bought a 9mm barrel and now I have two guns in one. This is my CCW that I carry everyday that I am not working.

I will be looking at Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore when I get my next gun.

Never a problem with SOSS. Wish i would have got the model without thumb safety, but nice pistol nonetheless.
